Catering Policies
Booking, Arrangements, and Guarantees
- Please make all final arrangements at least 48 hours prior to your event.
- The final guest count provided will serve as your guaranteed number for billing purposes.
Room Reservations
- Before placing your food order, please reserve your desired room 30 minutes prior to your event start time and 30 minutes after to allow for proper setup and cleanup.
Setup and Cleanup Guidelines
- Our team will handle food setup and basic cleanup of catering items.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the room is cleared of non-catering items and ready for service.
- Additional cleanup or extended setup beyond standard service may incur extra labor charges.
Regular Hours of Operation
- Onsite catering hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Requests outside regular hours require:
- Minimum 4 days notice
- Email confirmation from the Food Service Director
- After-hours requests will incur additional labor charges:
- $25 per employee per hour, added to stated online pricing.

- Special themes and custom decorations are available at an additional cost. Please allow extra time for planning and confirmation.
Catering Services Cancellations
- Cancellations may be made up 24 hours prior to the event.
- Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may be subjected to a cancellation fee.
There is a $25 minimum order requirement. Should the catering not meet this requirement a minimum catering fee of $25 will be charged to the invoice.
